Viktor Medvedchuk: Meet Oksana Marchenko husband

Ukraine’s secret services have located and apprehended fugitive iktor Medvedchuk, the most famous leader of pro-Russian political groupings in Ukraine and a buddy of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Medvedchuk, a skilled lawyer and a wealthy businessman who has worked in politics since the 1990s, was placed under house arrest last year on charges of treason and terrorism financing, which he denies.

In February, he escaped just days after the Russian assault began.

On Wednesday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy proposed exchanging Medvedchuk for Russian prisoners of war.
